propertyaiOS was built by a practitioner with backgrounds as an interest rate dealer and stockbroker, and as a specialist mortgage broker operating since 2004 (Finance on the Coast, a subdivision of Model Mortgages Pty Ltd, ACL 387460). The financial modelling discipline that markets desks apply to listed equities and rates — cash flow modelling, assumption stress-testing, bear case analysis, DCF, IRR — is here applied to Australian property decisions for individual buyers and investors. Nobody in Australia was applying this lens to property. This is the attempt.
